TERMS & CONDITIONS
- To reschedule course there is a £25 fee
- All courses on special offer or sale are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If cancelled 7 days before the course, fees will not be refunded
- All materials supplied by the Chic Aesthetics & Beauty Academy must not be copied or used in any way.
- All material is copyright to Chic Aesthetics & Beauty Academy and must not be reproduced in any form.
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the course cost is required to secure a place and bookings must be made in advance. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Payment must be made in full a week before the course.
- Chic Aesthetics & Beauty Academy reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid in time.
- Students that act inappropriately will be dismissed.
- Students will be required to pair up and work on each other. All students are responsible for their own clients/models to work on and demonstrate the practical skills during the course.
- Majority if not all courses require models for practical assessments, if you are to source your own models, they will be liable to cost of treatment as established and stated by Chic Aesthetics & Beauty Academy.
- Chic Aesthetics & Beauty Academy reserves the right to alter course dates & venues at any time without prior notice.
- All students must practice whilst on the course.
- All students must abide by the Terms and Conditions of Chic Aesthetics & Beauty Academy at all times.
- All students will have a maximum of 3 attempts to pass each assignment, any more will require an additional £50 per assignment.
- If the student does not meet the standards to successfully complete the course, they will be invited back to join the next course free of charge.
- Students must be dressed in a presentable manner
- Some courses come with kits – if students want to use their own kit they must bring this with them on the day of the course.
- Kits are not included in sale prices.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for certificates to be received.
