ProQual Level 6 Diploma in
Aesthetic Practice
The ProQual Level 6 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice provides a nationally recognised qualification and progression pathway for those working in the beauty industry, and who are already experienced and qualified to carry out a range of aesthetic techniques such as micropigmentation and dermaplaning.
The aims of this qualification are:
• To develop an understanding of advanced aesthetic practice, professional
standards and relevant anatomy, physiology and pathology.
• To demonstrate competence at carrying out advanced aesthetic
treatments.
• To provide a progression route within the beauty industry, for those interested
in providing advanced aesthetic treatments.
The awarding body for this qualification is ProQual AB. This qualification has been approved for delivery in England and Northern Ireland. The regulatory body for this qualification is Ofqual, and this qualification has been accredited onto the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF), and has been published in Ofqual’s Register of Qualifications.
When will it run?
Day 1 Induction and health & safety
Day 2 – 4 All practicals to be carried out
Home study completing assignments and case studies. Upon completion of these we usually give 6 weeks to get these completed, you would attend a further 2 days to complete all your assessments and get your portfolio signed off.

accordance with health and safety requirements.
• To provide a progression route within the beauty industry, for those interested
in providing dermaplaning treatments.
