Our Team
With over 10 years experience in the industry Saiqa is a highly qualified and experienced tutor. Saiqa has worked within high-end salons and laser/skincare clinics providing beauty, nails and advanced facial treatments to the highest of standards. Saiqa is an extremely professional and knowledgeable individual – with a love for her work and the industry Saiqa is eager to pass this on to her learners.
Saiqa has experience of working with private academies teaching learners to thrive to be best within the industry. Saiqa’s learners are renown for taking their learning seriously and creating successful businesses due to her amazing ongoing support, knowledge and expertise.
Nosheen
Nosheen has over five years of experience, working in a salon providing clients with hair, beauty and nail services. She started off working as a junior hair stylist and beauty therapist. Nosheen was offered a senior position in a short period of time. As a senior stylist, she was responsible for more.
Nosheen’s role required her to be a creative and dynamic hair stylist and beautician. It was also her duty to ensure services delivered by junior stylist were at the required standards. After a few years Nosheen was offered a position of a salon Manager, as a Manager, one of her responsibilities was to ensure the hair stylists and beauticians are delivering services at a high standard and meeting the requirements of customers. She had the duty of training and assessing the ability of junior hairstylists, beauticians, apprentice learners and new employees. She was later given the opportunity to progress onto becoming a salon owner in partnership with her previous manager.
As a salon owner Nosheen decided to expand the business by offering private courses in the hair, beauty, makeup and nails. It was her responsibility and duty to teach, and plan the running of the course.
Nosheen has also worked for a VTCT registered academy delivering the nail and beauty courses.
Tai
With 10 years experience in the industry Tai started as a Mac counter girl in House of Fraser. Tai specialises in make up and skin care. Tai had a make up client base around the London area. Tai then went on to the her beauty and nails and worked in high end salons and clinics within London before pursuing her career within teaching. Tai has been teaching for 5 years and has gone from strength to strength and is now level 5 qualified.
Kerry
Kerry is an all rounder in the industry from beauty, nails to hairdressing, Kerry has been in the industry for over 10 years. From working in salons around Luton to setting up a salon from home and working on clients to then pursuing her career within the education sector. Kerry worked as a trainee tutor at one of the local academies however came to Chic as she needed more of a challenge. Kerry is level 4 qualified and is a very knowledgable and passionate tutor.
With over 20 years experience in the beauty industry Joanne has worked in salons and spas over the years. With her extensive experience and knowledge Joanne decided she wanted to pass her passion on to learners so decided to get in to teaching. Joanne has experience in FE colleges and has many many years experience in education. Joanne’s passion comes through to her learners and they absolutely enjoy her classes.
With over 10 years experience in the industry, Lindsey has been working in salons and spas. Lindsey is a passionate individual and always wants the best for her learners. Lindsey has worked in private academies previously. Lindsey works to such high standards and goes that extra mile for her learners. Lindsey wants to ensure she gets the best out of her learners to make them industry professionals.
Tas has over 20 years experience in the beauty industry ranging from beauty, nails, make up and more recently skincare and aesthetics. Tas currently works at a prestigious skin clinic which involves advanced skincare treatments. Tas is a passionate about the industry having worked in all areas of it as well being a freelance make up artist. Tas had her own home salon which she had built a large client base. Tas is level 5 qualified both in the beauty industry and her teacher training. Tas is always up to date with the latest trends. Tas wanted to pass her expertise on to learners and followed the path of teaching others which she is fantastic at.
